We keep only what a booking and a payment need: your name, your contact details and the times of your appointments.

We do not keep medical records and we do not store what is said in the video call.

Your data is seen by you and by the doctor you booked. We do not sell it.

You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time by writing to atbalsts@emd.lv.

eMedicine is a software platform. Doctors are independent specialists certified by the state, and the medical service is sold and given by the doctor. We are not a medical institution.
